1. Who we are
This website, webrise.gr, is operated by WEBRISE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (Webrise Single-Member Private Company), VAT number 802996785, Leoforos Syngrou 72, 11742 Athens, Greece (“Webrise”, “we”, “us”).

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the content of your message and your consent to the processing of your data.
- Email communication: the information you choose to share with us when you contact us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of your visit and similar information collected automatically by our hosting, security and analytics services.
- Cookies: small files stored on your device, as described in section 8.
We do not ask for and do not wish to receive special categories of personal data through this website.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare proposals, based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering your messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To operate and protect the website, for example preventing abuse and attacks, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To understand how the website is used through Google Analytics, based on your consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations when you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:
- Papaki: web hosting and domain services.
- Cloudflare: content delivery, performance and security.
- Google (Google Analytics): website usage statistics.
- Our email and accounting providers, and public authorities where required by law.
These providers act on our behalf and are bound by data protection obligations.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Cloudflare and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In these cases, transfers take place on the basis of an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries sent through the contact form or by email: for up to 2 years after our last communication, unless a business relationship follows.
- Client and billing records: for as long as required by Greek tax and accounting legislation.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics, for up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work, for example to remember your language preference, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics that help us understand how visitors use the website. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent where required. You can also delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
